Topic: Israel killed 8 Lebanese civilians and is attempting to damage Lebanon's infrastructure! Why do you think such a tiny country as Israel is able to challenge its neighbors?

Opinion1) Samar - Lebanon: 6/24/1999. I think what Israel did today is another crime committed against the peaceful people of Lebanon, to attempt and deprive average citizens of their livelihood of the necessities of their life, electricity and damaging its power and water supplies indicates the wicked spirit of the Israeli government and whoever support it. I hope by God that Benjamin Netanyahu pays for what he has done today, and I wish the International community indicts him for murdering the innocents as they did with the other tyrant Melosovic in Serbia. I have no doubts in my mind that Israel is willing to use the atomic bomb to destroy the Lebanese, Arabs and even their supporters the Americans, because the Israeli nature is the killing of innocents, I wish they have learned what Hitler has done to them is wrong and they are not suppose to do the same to others. Thank you 6/25

Opinion 2) Tory Goodman - USA. In regards to your topic, I am a  Jewish form the United States, I don't support Israel of what is doing in Lebanon but, I think the Lebanese are to be blamed as well. Killing civilians on both sides of the border is no answer the continuing problem. I do support an Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon ..... The reason Israel is able to challenge its neighbors is Israel military strength which is lacking in most of its neighbors.........   6/26

Opinion3) Hiyam S - Lebanon - What is needed is a powerful unity, then we can challenge anyone. We are smart, but divided. 07/15/99

Opinion 4) Samir Ghosn - USA, NJ - It is a well known fact that Lebanon is a small country and so is Israel, however Israel is supported financially and militarily for the last 50 years by the US Administration. Our Administration is full of Jewish elements it is no wonder that the Jews have complete grip on the life and thoughts of every American we like it or not, the Administration is controlled by pro Israel elements and that is why Israel is supported. We Lebanese and Arab Americans can change all of that by participating in the political arena of this country. There are over 7 millions Arab and Muslims in the United States and they are sadly not represented truly by their own representatives and senators in the US Government. Everytime we introduce a muslim representative, the Jewish lobby acts to deny us this right and so the Administration and Gongress bow to their demands. For those who are reading this article I like to say we are prohibited from being truly represented in our Government. Our struggle is great but our rewards are greater, we will continue fighting to advance the Muslim and Arab community chances in participating in their government without harassment from the Jewish Lobby in the Administration. It's time for Americans to look closely on all the characters in this Administration they almost all belong to the Jewish faith for heaven sake, there are Christians! there are Muslims!. Why only Jews can be in this Administration? This is no democracy! This is a conspiracy, and the American and especially Arab and Muslim American are its victims. Thank you for listening to me and allow me to participate in your Forum ...07/ 28   Samir
