1. Position : SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER (MECHANICAL) 2 SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) 2 SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER (INSTRUMENT) 1 Position No. of Vacancies : 5 Basic Function and Scope: Plans and establishes preventive and major overhaul maintenance schedules and resources for all mechanical/electrical/instrument and control plants/systems and equipment in assigned field. Includes establishing maintenance frequency, establishing and standardizing materials, spares, equipment and tools required for cost effective maintenance work, directing and participating in the compilation of competent plant and equipment maintenance data for review and analysis to establish reliability, ensure availability of equipment, investigate and prevent running problems. Provide expert advice to operations on maintenance issues related to mechanical/electrical/instrument and control maintenance contracts. Includes preparing statement of requirements, reviewing scope of work, technical specification, tender document, conceptual, basic and detailed engineering design packages. Assesses suitability of new equipment/technology and witness their trials. Ensures all activities are carried out in a safe, timely efficient and cost effective manner to maximize plant availability to meet production/injection/export targets. Minimum Requirements 1. B.Sc. degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. 2. 9 years experience Mechanical/Electrical and Instrumentation & Control maintenance in ail/gas producing industry related to the discipline. 3. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. Salary & other Benefits: Selected candidate will be paid a salary range from Dhs. 8,975- to Dhs. 121450, -, and Dhs. 720,- as a remote area allowance plus other benefits including free bachelor accommodation and messing while assignment in the field/terminal location, 24· days paid leave after completion of 36 days work cycle with air passage to the point of origin, and free Medical and Personal insurance. 2. Position : MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (MECHANICAL) No. of Vacancies : 3 Basic Function and Scope: Directs and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair, trouble-shooting and modification activities carried out on a wide range of mechanical stationary and rotating equipment in the gas plant as well as the gas gathering and injection systems. This includes turbo machinery, gas and steam turbines, compressors, heat exchangers, diesel generators etc. Provides technical advice and supervises the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective, modification and major shutdown maintenance programmes. Establishes requirements for major repairs or replacement of spare parts. Participates in the planning and implementation of all systems installation, commissioning, modifications and expansion. Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe, timely efficient and cost effective manner. Minimum Requirements: 1. B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 2. 7 years experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of major rotating and mechanical equipment in an oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants. 3. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. 4. Valid U.A.E driving license is an advantage. 3. Position : MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (ELECTRICAL) No. of Vacancies : 3 Basic Function and Scope: Directs and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair, trouble-shooting and modification activities carried out on a wide range of electrical equipment, control panels, power distribution systems and associated switch gear in the gas/oil separation station, gas plant, gas gathering and injection systems. Provides technical advice and supervises the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective, modification and major shutdown maintenance programmes. Establishes requirements for major repairs or replacement of spare parts. Participates in the planning and implementation of all systems installation, commissioning, modifications and expansion. Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe, timely efficient and cost effective manner. Minimum Requirements 1. B. Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 2. 7 years experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of major electrical equipment in an oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants. 3. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. 4. Valid U.A.E driving license is an advantage. 4. Position : MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (INSTRUMENT/CONTROL) No. of Vacancies : 5 Basic Function and Scope: Directs and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, trouble-shooting and modification activities carried out on a wide range of instrumentation equipment and associated control systems, distribution control systems (DCS), telemetry (SCADA) and communication equipment in the oil/gas industries, Provides technical advice and supervises the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective, modification and major shutdown maintenance programmes. Establishes requirements for major repairs or replacement of spare parts. Participates in the planning and implementation of all systems installation commissioning, modifications and expansion. Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe, timely efficient and cost effective manner. Minimum Requirements: 1. B.Sc. degree in Instrumentation or Electronic Engineering or equivalent. 2. 7 years experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of electronic, pneumatic and microprocessor based instrumentation, process control systems and DCS/SCADA systems. 3. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. 4. Valid U.A.E driving license is an advantage. 5. Position : OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR No. of Vacancies : 2 Basic Function and Scope: Supervises, monitors and controls the safe and efficient operations for the gas and oil production/injection systems and export of oil/gas/water/power as assigned, checks regularly to ensure production quotas and product specifications are adhered to. Coordinates maintenance and shutdown requirements to ensure operation of assigned facilities is running smoothly and in synch with maintenance, construction and project and minimum disruption to offtake requirements. Plans and executes all fields services activities, as assigned, covering wellhead, flowlines and track maintenance, wellhead completion, surface casing repairs, hand over of wells to drilling for workover and acceptance of well thereafter. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety rules and regulations. Minimum Requirements: 1. B.Sc. degree in Engineering discipline preferably process or chemical. 2. 7 years experience in oil/gas production operation. 3. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. 4. Valid U. A. E driving license is an advantage. 6. Position : PRODUCTION ENGINEER No. of Vacancies : 1 Basic Function and Scope: Plans, supervises and carries out a variety of duties related to rigless operations, wireline/ production logging, well testing and stimulation to ensure optimization of oil/gas producing wells, water supply and water/gas injection wells. Provides technical advice to field operations in the production of hydrocarbons and the efficient use of water and/or gas injection systems. Work embraces one or more oil and gas fields with processing facilities and approximately 400 wells (oil producers, gas producers/injectors, water supply/injectors, water disposal, observers and exploration wells). Minimum Requirements: 1. B.Sc. degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree. 2. 7 years experience in Petroleum Engineering including workover, completion well testing and production operations of wt-rich at least 3 years directly involved in activities related to gas production/injection wells. 3. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. 4. Valid U. A. E driving license is an advantage. 7. Position : PROCESS ENGINEER No. of Vacancies : 1 Basic Function and Scope: Monitors and controls the gas plant units performance with respect to energy conservation, catalyst life and performance, product specification and chemical usages to achieve best economic and cost effective results. Recommends corrective actions to deal with abnormalities, debottlenecking, upgrading and optimum operating conditions for the plant and processes. Carries out trouble-shooting and assists Operations personnel in test-checking alterations, diagnosing process and corrosion problems. Runs computer programmes for plant process monitoring and optimum performance. Minimum Requirements: 1. B.Sc. degree in Chemical or Petroleum Processing Engineering. 2. 7 years experience in Process and utilities of Refineries, Petrochemical or Gas Plants as a Process Engineer. 3. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. 4. Valid U. A. E. driving license is an advantage. 8. Position : INSPECT1ON ENGINEER No. of Vacancies : 1 Basic Function and Scope: Conducts internal and external planned and ad-hoc inspections on all existing static surface facilities including pressure vessels, tanks, piping systems and associated structures/accessories. Coordinates NDT activities specified for maintenance and new construction work. Maintains inspection files and records and prepares reports for repair or replacement of equipment based upon analysis of inspection results. Work will include preparation of engineering sketches and where possible general calculations of corrosion rates and remaining life of equipment, Requires the knowledge of technical aspects and intent of construction Codes and Standards, welding, non-destructive testing applications and metallurgy as they apply to the evaluation of plant/equipment problems. Minimum Requirements: 1. CSWIP Level II or B. Sc., degree in Metallurgy and preferably a membership of a recognized inspection institution. 2. 7 years inspection experience in the construction and maintenance of oil or petrochemical facilities of which at least 3 years directly involved in fit-for-service inspection of existing equipment. Good knowledge of industry Codes and Standards. 3. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. 4. Valid U. A. E. driving license is an advantage. 9. Position : SAFETY AND LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER No. of Vacancies : 2 Basic Function and Scope: Supervises and controls safety & fire fighting and loss prevention activities in assigned field/ terminal. Ensures that all field/terminal based company personnel and contractors employees adhere to the Company's safety & loss prevention policy, procedures and working practices and that all safety & fire detection, prevention and fighting equipment/systems are maintained in a good working condition at all times. Develops and conducts regular safety and fire fighting training both in class and fire fighting drills to all field based personnel according to Company fire training schedule. Directs and leads fire fighting efforts in the event of fire and advises field/terminal personnel on proper handling of fire emergencies. Investigates accidents or incidents, submits reports on work practices and recommends the sealing off or shutting down parts of the plant if an unsafe condition exists. Troubleshoots problems and provides advice and assistance aimed at reducing accidents and/or the consequences of accidents. Minimum Requirements: 1. B. Sc., degree in an Engineering discipline preferably chemical or equivalent degree. 2. 7 years fire and safely experience with the oil/as industry. Including attendance of specified safety training in the oil industry. 3. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. 4. Valid U. A. E. driving license is an advantage. |
